In what sizes are Herawhite Wedding Dress available?
Our wedding dresses are available in sizes ranging from UK4 to UK30, and also custom sizes tailored to your measurements.
How long for the appointment normally?
The appointment slot is normally 1 hour and we strongly suggest that you can pick your favourites online to save time.
What is the policy for returns and exchanges?
Ready to wear wedding dresses can be returned for a refund within 7 working days of purchase. Please note, exchanges are only possible if the items are unworn, with tags attached, and free from any odour or damage. We are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been altered, customized, or for any storage containers you may have purchased. For hygiene reasons, exchanges on earrings are not accepted.
What is the production time for customized wedding dress?
It normally take 5-8 weeks before dispatch. If you need urgent orders, please enquiry [email protected].
What are the delivery times for orders?
When it dispatched, our delivery partner Evri can deliver within 3-5 working days to UK Mainland. Next day service is optional if the parcel can be dispatched before 3pm.
